Project Coordinator/Administration

Project Coordinator(s) are a vital to the productivity, growth and success of Total Service Telecom. Directly supporting the Project Manager(s) and Construction Manager(s). TST Project Coordinators and Administrators create/maintain/execute document controls (digital or physical), database management and customer deliverables. Not limited to these tasks, they will assist in the development and/or improvement of project processes and other given administration tasks as assigned by, or to assist the Project Managers and Construction Managers and Upper Management.

Applicants should have:
*Previous extensive computer use - Microsoft Suite
*General administration skills and specific wireless telecom project coordination experience
*Experience with telecom closeout packages
*Ability to maintain confidentiality
*Ability to read and interpret documents
*Ability to write coherent and ad hoc status/progress reports
*Strong organizational and communication skills
*Detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
*Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
*Ability to maintain organized and accurate project records/files

Certified Tower Climbers

We are currently seeking certified tower climbers with at least one year
of experience. Applicants will assist in cell tower modernizations which
may include cabinet installs, installing and/or maintaining antennas,
radios, coax, fiber, just to name a few.

Applicants must be willing and able to work in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana.

Applicants should have:
*1-2 years of experience
*A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
*CPR/First Aid Certification
*OSHA Construction 10 Hour Certification
*RF Training (preferred)
*Authorized Climber Certification
*Ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs.
*Willingness to work indoor and outdoor (hot and cold temperatures)
*Willingness to work long hours
*Must be willing to execute duties as assigned
*Must NOT be afraid of heights

Electricians (with Telecom Experience)

We are currently seeking Electricians with at least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Applicants must be willing to work in all weather conditions, have knowledge of wire pulling from high to low voltage and pipe bending experience (preferred), but we are willing to train the right person.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•Follows construction drawings, scope of work, specifications or verbal instructions and plans the intended location of wiring and equipment.

•Measures, cuts, assembles and installs electrical wiring, stripping, splicing as necessary.

•Installs switches, circuit breakers, grounding leads and other electrical components.

•Performs circuit testing for continuity and safety after installation, and makes adjustments as needed.

•Does all work in accordance with the National Electric Code as well as state and local building and electrical codes.

Applicants MUST be willing and able to work in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana.

Applicants should have:
*2 years of electrical experience
*A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
*Ability to safely lift, push or pull material and equipment (ie. back up batteries, sakrete bags)
*Willingness to work indoor and outdoor (hot and cold temperatures)
*Willingness to work long hours
*Must be willing to execute duties as assigned
*Not afraid of physical labor (ie. digging trenches)
*CPR/First Aid Certification (a plus)
*OSHA Construction 10 Hour Certification (a plus)
